The Fall edition of the Seasonal Supper Series at Essensia, a jewel of a restaurant located in The Palms Hotel & Spa, happens this Thursday, November 8, at 7:00 PM.
The exquisite five-course farm-to-table dinner will be paired with fine wines carefully selected from Essensia’s sustainable wine list and highlights Chef Julie Frans’ concept of global inspiration, local preparation. Diners will enjoy the tastiest ingredients available this season in South Florida. The menu features very distinct global influences including Tuscan, Latin, Mediterranean, Pacific Rim and Continental Modern.

The 5-course dinner will be served in Essensia’s dining room.
