The Bal Harbour Shops Stella McCartney boutique was the first in the United States to show the London Evening Collection, straight from the runway in London. A select group of society ladies was excited to get a first peek at the capsule collection during a cocktail reception at the newly opened Stella McCartney boutique – the fifth free-standing store in the U.S.
The event was hosted by Christie’s auction house along with Cara Balogh, Trudy Cejas, Stefanie Reed, Vivian Pfeiffer, Debra Scholl and Tiffany Markofsky Speyer.
Guests were treated to informal modeling and a special viewing of jewels from Christie’s private sale of jewelry with a percentage of sales going to Locust Projects, a non-profit gallery in the Miami Design District. Guests enjoyed delicious light bites from the St. Regis Bal Harbour restaurant, Atlantico.
